Ingredients
- 4-6 Pickling Cucumbers
- 6-8 Peppers
- 1 Onion
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mustard Seed
- 1 tbsp Celery Seed
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Directions
- Chop up cucumbers, peppers and onion
- Salt veggies and last stand ~2 hours
- Afterwards, squeeze out excess water and rinse
- Bring vinegar, sugar and spices to boil
- Add veggies and simmer 10 minutes
